The Challenge
The campus mixed heavy-duty industrial lab environments with light-touch creative studios and formal office space. Each zone needed a different flooring specification under one cohesive design language.
Our Solution
We installed chemically resistant epoxy resin polyurethane screed. Open offices used rubber flooring for acoustic comfort. Collaboration areas featured design-led carpet tiles. All transitions were precision-finished with matching profiles.
The Outcome
The university reported a 24% improvement in student and staff environment satisfaction. The flooring’s durability is projected to halve the usual replacement cycle.
