The Challenge
Retail flooring must withstand thousands of daily footsteps, trolley and delivery traffic, and occasional spills while looking attractive to shoppers. Three adjacent units needed coordinated colours and materials.
Our Solution
We installed Forbo Flotex flocked fibre carpet tiles in the fashion units for comfort and acoustic control, and hard-wearing luxury vinyl plank in the homeware store. A consistent neutral palette tied the spaces together.
The Outcome
Tenant satisfaction scores rose 18% post-refurbishment. The carpet tiles’ stain resistance and the vinyl’s scratch-proof surface have significantly reduced maintenance costs.
